A Special Visit

This week, we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tomotaka Takahashi, the creator of the famous Robi, the worlds bestselling robot.

He came over to Singapore Polytechnic to share about his experience as a robot maker, his latest invention as well as what he thinks the future holds.

We were able to learn alot from his talk and even found out that he came up with the face and parts of Robi by wood sculpting and not even Cadding!

In preparation of the upcoming assessment of our project, this week, we fine tuned the parameters of our navigation of the robot and fixed up the frame of our robot.

Maybe it is about time that we also learnt a new trade...
