Hey readers, welcome back to another progress update of our project! This week we will be talking about the things we did and events during the SP Engineering Show 2017.
Last Thursday and Friday (19th and 20th Jan), was the SP Engineering Show 2017. The Engineering Show is a annual event hosted by Singapore Polytechnic that showcase Final Year Projects (FYPs) that are related to engineering and we are honored to featured in this prestigious event.
During the Engineering Show, students and people from the industries came to judge and comment about our project. The feedback given by them can be summarized as:
- cute design
- interactive when the robot serve drinks
- add sensors to detect empty drinks
- add speech recognition
We also met Cody, from Nutonomy during the Engineering Show. He gave us lots of useful feedback and suggestion on how our robot can be better.
Overall, it was a fun and rewarding event where we learn more about what other thinks about our robot. We will keep the good ones and implement the new suggestions in the future.
